Fiftheen Years of "Every Day, Every Hour"

Once upon a time there was a small backpack with a fish on it.
Once upon a time there was a little boy named Luka and a little girl named Dora.
Once upon a time there was a rock in a small town by the croatian sea.
The rest is history.

A story that saw the light of day 15 years ago and swept across the world like a tsunami.
A story born out of a question. Out of my impossibility, my unwillingness, to accept that love is not always enough.
Perhaps. Sometimes.

I celebrate today this story and the anniversary of its publication – every day, every hour, and I am grateful that you are here to share with me the joy of a lifelong dream fulfilled.

To my former agent Oliver Brauer, to my German publisher DVA – and all the publishers around the world – I remain deeply grateful for the trust, the support, and the enthusiasm they placed in and shared with me.

May Dora and Luka continue to fight for their love for another fifteen years.
May “Every Day, Every Hour” continue to touch the hearts of readers for another fifteen years.

While I spin new stories.
